At the PGSM meeting today which was held at PARI, t
he Dziekuje Award was given to Joan and Raymond
Bittner from the Pol-Art Center in Hamtramck for their
long standing commitment to the Polish community.

Long-time PGSM member and former Board
member, Arthur Wagner, was a recipient of
the 2012 Reymont Award also. He has
contributed his expertise in many ways over
the years. Arthur has presented programs on
literary & historical to both academic & community
groups and is member of the PGSM Editorial
Committee.
Ceil Wendt Jensen, a co-recipient of the PGSM 2012 Reymont
Award, with VP Bill Gorski on her right, Award Chair, Ken
Merique, and Pres. Bill Krul, on her left. Lecturer, researcher,
author, past-VP PGSM, PARI Director, and many more
accomplishments, made her an easy choice for the award.
Tireless PGSM Board member, Valerie Koselka, never stops
working. Whether as PGSM Corresponding Secretary,
Publicity Chair, and Membership Chair. Valerie is also a
Delegate to the Michigan Genealogical Society, and United
Polish Genealogical Societies.
